If you cannot log in because you have forgotten your password, go to app.utpmz.com. You will be directed to the Uptmz login screen. Here you can select 'forgot password?' You will be redirected to the screen below.

By entering your e-mail address here, you will receive an e-mail containing a link. By clicking on this link you will be able to enter your new password. You can then use this password to log in again at app.uptmz.com.
