Invoicing and payments play a crucial role in Uptmz's service. We strive to provide you with a transparent and efficient billing process. In this article we give you more clarity about the billing of Uptmz. We also discuss the payment term, the invoice content and the available payment methods.

Invoicing by Uptmz:

At Uptmz we take a withdrawal billing. This means that the invoices you receive always relate to the previous month. We have chosen this approach to streamline our financial processes and to constantly inform customers about your billing information.

Invoice content:

The invoices you receive from Uptmz consist of two components: the entire fee and, if applicable, the advertising costs. When you have paid the advertising costs to Uptmz, they will also be stated on your invoice. If you pay your advertising costs to Google Ads yourself, you will only receive an invoice for your total reimbursement. The total amount on the invoice always includes VAT.


Invoicing Uptmz fee:

At Uptmz the fee is always calculated over the full month, regardless of when you decide to cancel your subscription. This transparent approach ensures that you know in advance exactly what amount to expect in costs, without unexpected surprises at the end of the billing period.

Payment term:

At Uptmz, you have a payment term of one month. This means that payment for the received invoice must be made within one month of the invoice date. Compliance with this payment term is important to avoid possible delays or inconveniences.
