To generate and optimize your product feed for maximum performance, it is important to link your Shopware account with Uptmz. For this, you need a few specific pieces of information: the URL of your shop, a consumer key and secrey key. Below we explain step by step where to find these keys in Shopware.
Step 1: Create a role for the API user
Go to Settings > System > Users & permissions. Here you will see an overview of Users and of Roles.
After this, click 'Create role'.
Then enter the Name (for example, Uptmz- user). A description is not required.
Under Permissions, check the View heading and click the Categories, Manufacturers, Products and Properties items.

Step 2: Create a user with the newly created role
Go to Settings > System > Users & permissions
Here you see an overview of Users and Roles
Choose 'Create new user'
Fill in the required information.
> Leave the Administrator checkbox unchecked.
> Under Roles, select the role you just created.
Click 'Save' and the next step will become active.
In the block below it, choose 'Create access key'.
The Access key ID (consumer key) and Secure access key (secret key) are now visible, you must enter these details in Uptmz to link.
Click 'Save integration' to save the data.
Note! Copy this data and save it somewhere. After saving, the data is due to security reasons.
Step 3: Uptmz integration
Log into your Uptmz account and navigate to 'Integrations'. Within 'Integrations' go to Shopware to link.
Step 4: Enter the data
Enter your shop's URL, consumer key and secret key in the appropriate fields.
Step 5: Connect Shopware to Uptmz.
Once you have entered these details, click 'Connect' to connect Shopify to Uptmz. A notification will appear at the bottom right when the linking has succeeded.
